Payment options:
Payment must be made in full before arrival, (see our Legal Terms and Conditions). Normally a 1/3 deposit is paid at the time of reservation with the remainder due 8 weeks before your stay commences.
For visitors based in the UK, payments may be made in any of the following ways:
- Credit card: Visa or Mastercard. The card number, expiry date and security code can be sent to us by letter, fax, email or telephone.
- Debit card from a UK bank. The card number, expiry date, issue number and security code can be sent to us by letter, fax, email or telephone.
- Cheque in £ Sterling from a UK Sterling bank account.
- Electronic money transfer (in £ Sterling) from a UK bank account - please contact us for our account details.
- Cash (£ Sterling) sent by registered post.
For visitors from abroad, the following payment options are available:
- Credit card: Visa or Mastercard. The card number, expiry date and security code can be sent to us by letter, fax, email or telephone.
- Bank draft in £ Sterling from an overseas bank.
- Electronic money transfer (IBAN system,) in £ Sterling - please contact us for our IBAN number. Please note that there is an additional £12 charge for each IBAN payment, (as that is what the bank charges us), unless you make special arrangements to prepay all charges.
- Cash (£ Sterling) sent by registered mail.
