Park Neuk has been certified by the Scottish Tourist Board, VisitScotland, as Category 3: "Accessible for an Assisted Disabled Person of Limited Mobility". The following facilities are available:
- # A removable wheelchair ramp is available over 2 shallow steps to the main access door. The two steps total 6 inch, (15 cm).
- The house is all on one level; there are 2 shallow steps (2 inch, 5 cm) within the house. One step is into the Master bedroom, the other is between the front and back corridors.
- Living room and Master bedroom doors are 3 ft, (90 cm), width allowing easy wheelchair access.
- Support rail in bathroom between door and toilet, (please note that it is not possible to use a wheelchair in the bathroom as the door is only 60cm wide).
- Support rail behind bath.
- # Shower stool for use in bath.
- All taps (US: faucets) have lever operation.
- # A raised single bed and a raised toilet seat can be provided if required.
- # A support rail is available to assist getting in and out of bed.
- Tall stools are available for additional support.
