Short Breaks:



During High or Mid/High Seasons, there are no short breaks unless there is a late availability offer on. At other times, short breaks can be arranged at any time. Costs are based on the weekly rate as follows:
  • 6 days = 90%
  • 5 days = 80%
  • 4 days = 70%
  • 3 days = 60% (minimum)
  • for stays longer than 1 week, please add 15% per day onto the weekly rate for part weeks.
If your stay does not either start or finish on a Saturday, there is a surcharge of 5% for mid-week breaks, (e.g. Tuesday to Friday) or 10% for weekend breaks, (e.g. Friday to Monday).

Whole weeks that do not either start or end on a Saturday also have a 5% surcharge.

Discounts

Please note that discounts should be requested at the time of your reservation or enquiry. Please use the "special requirements" box on the reservation form.

Early Reservation Discount:

A reservation completed (i.e. deposit paid) 6 months or more before your arrival date qualifies for an early reservation discount of 5%.


Return Visitor Discounts

Returning visitors who have previously stayed 7 nights or more are offered discounts during any season. A discount of 5% is offered for each 7 days that you have already stayed at the cottage, to a maximum of 20%.

Long Stay Discounts:

Discounts are available for a holiday of 2 weeks or longer during Mid, Mid/low and Low Seasons, as follows:
  • 2nd week = - 5%
  • 3rd week = - 10%
  • 4th week = - 15%
  • Please note that stays of longer than 4 weeks are not possible for legal reasons.

Low-occupancy Discounts:

Discounts are available for low occupancy during Mid, Mid/Low and Low seasons, as follows:
  • 1 unoccupied bed = -5%
  • 2 unoccupied beds = - 10%
  • 3 unoccupied beds = - 15%

Additional Bed or Cot:

We have a fold-away bed so that a sixth person may be accommodated. It is shorter than a standard bed, (6' 0" or 1.8m long), and so only suitable for a child or an adult of small stature. It can be erected either in the Stone Room or the Master Bedroom. If this is required, there is an additional charge of £25.00 per week.

One baby's cot, (US - crib), is available without extra charge. If you require a second cot, (travel cot), this can usually be arranged for an additional charge of £15.00 per week. Similarly, other baby equipment such as a folding push-chair can also be organised if required.
